Season Premiere

Students in Television Production sharpen their skills in scriptwriting, directing and filming in our state-of-the-art multi-camera studio. Hoping for their own season premieres, these young film-makers are given free rein to produce content catered to different audiences for TV and multimedia platforms.

Advanced Television Production (ATV) was an immersive elective, where we got to film our own short films. Seeing as I only had the slightest interest in production, being able to create an entire film with paid actors was definitely an eye-opening experience.

– Sabrina Sim, Diploma in Mass Communication

ATV was an enlightening glimpse into what working in the film industry would be like. The obstacles faced during production really taught me about the importance of teamwork and being prepared for everything in order to achieve the desired quality of one's film.

– Ilyatunnisa Bte S.M. Iqbal, Diploma in Mass Communication

ATV has taught me so much more beyond a classroom. It’s a module where and anything that could go wrong, will go wrong, and the test is how we adapt to them. ATV has taught me the true meaning of teamwork and resilience!
