There were inevitably times where our story ideas got shot down, our interviewees rejected us or we had to rewrite our stories from scratch. However, driven by our desire to produce quality content that would invigorate our readers, we were relentless in improving our articles and did not give up.
My biggest takeaway would be that communication is truly key in a team. As all of our meetings were held online due to Covid-19, it meant that we had to ensure we constantly updated each other and ran the publication together as a team. I’m beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such a great team that continuously supported one another and I’ve fostered great friendships with them.
